4 lamps turned ON suddenly, and a beeping sound was emitted. We tried recovering the problem by ourselves while referring to the instruction manual, but ended up unsuccessful.
|Details of Diagnosis||The HDL-GT2.0 was suspected to have a physical HDD fault. Recovery was performed from an external RHD-UX1.5.|
Data was removed from the external HDD, transferred to a back-up HDD, resulting in a safe and complete recovery.

The malfunctioning equipment was prohibited to be transfered out of the premises, so our staff was dispatched to the company for recovery. It was fortunate that the customer had been backing up the data to an external HDD by mirroring in addition to the LANDISK. We have safely recovered the data from the external HDD and handed the to the customer on site. The customer was very relived.
